hahah, you got me you fucker. no way in hell anyone in quebec would ever approve that. as soon as your close to a big city, especially toronto, the normal speed becomes 130. it will never go down from 100. prolly won't go up either, cause people know you can go 120 and you're fine. so if they did up it to 120, then people would think the speeding buffer is 130-140....so right now it already is 120, unofficially, and that's fine because we need a buffer zone.

LOL your crazy.. man i enterd toronto doing 130, thinking wtv nothing special, yet my father was telling me to slow down, and then a van with a soccer mom and kids fly by me at 150!
and basicly that day i was the slowest car on the road lol
