click on this and download the Autoruns software. It will let you view and delete all the startup programs. only find and delete the norton file. if u screw something up...its gonna suck...

no need for programs....

click the start button, "run" and then type "msconfig"

That will bring up a bunch of startup options. Only modify what you need to and don't modify things you are unsure of

It also sounds like Norton's not gettin uninstalled propperly so look into that a little more, but at least you can get rid of it starting up automatically every reboot

system mechanic professional is an awesome program, it will do that and lots more.
and not that i do it, but you can just set the date back to the 30 day trial period and use it whenever you want.
im not saying to do that, im just aying its possible.

if that doesnt do the trick..your gonna have to do some brain surgery in the registry..but that should do the trick..
