High-pitched guest throws off host

This is almost painful to watch. This is some sort of foreign talk show, and one of the guests is a man with a rather high pitched voice. As soon as he starts talking the host has an involuntary spasm of laughter. He doesn't want to but he can't help it. The guest obviously doesn't find it very funny. The host tries to continue sitting through the interview but everytime the guest starts talking he starts laughing.

LOL yeah i think I saw it on there as well.

This clip is hilarious! One thing I can't understand though is how the audience members, if you watch them closely, seem to remain calm and composed during the whole thing.
