Dog I found ....

Taking my dog out for a walk.. i found this dog... right now im trying to find the owner via newspaper and online lost / found dog sites

i played with the dog..and figured it belonged to someone at the park... i walked around and asked people if that was their dog... nobody said it was...... so i left the park with my dog and went home

I came back later that night around 11am and found the dog sleeping next to a car... i thought man..that is no way to treat the dog if that belonged to the owner of the car... i parked my car..and the dog ran up... i then took the dog to my house

i didnt like how the dog was being aggressive towards my dog.. so i took it back to the park with a fresh bown of food and water... ..i dropped the dog off ...and tried to drive away..but the dog... ran fast as hell chasing me..plus i didnt have the heart to leave the dog out there... so the dog chased my car for 50 yards..and i said.. if she wants to go home with me that bad..ill take her back

so the dog is with me until i find the owner my mom i think is afraid the dog with attack our house dog..but i keep them under close supervision and correct the dogs behaviour if she gets too aggressive...i keep them seperate when i go to work too... i hope i can find the owner..i saved a chocalate lab once..after i placed an add in the paper..so hopefully i can find the owner of this one

not sure if its half lab / pitt.. or full pitt.. i realize now..that not all pit bulls look like the one in the DMX video's...t it may be a mutt.. i dont know.. i just kno this dog is smart as hell and strong

the dog is too awesome not to have a home.. i hope i find the owner!!! im gonna take the dog to the humane society to see if she has a microchip embedded in her neck tommorrow....

if she doesn't have a microchip, post flyers sayin you found the dog maybe that could help........and that dog has nothing from a pit bull, take it from a pit bull owner , i had more than 3 pits , its just mix(mutt)

yo this is a pitt bull and it looks nothin like the "stereotypical DMX " bulls

You would be surprised. Yeah its a mutt, but all that means is obviously its not a pure bred pit bull. I used to work at an animal shelter and a lot of the dogs that were picked up by the different ACO's (Animal Control Officers) from all the different agencies that impounded at this shelter, you would be amazed at some of the crazy mixes there are out there. Some of them would be really goofy looking and yet others looke a lot like one breed in the face but a completely different breed from the neck back. Probably the reason that you dont see it is because your used to a pure bred pit bull. Later

yeah the dog is prolly a mutt... when i look at different angles at the dog.. i see the pit bull in it tho.dog is very muscular..i was thinking half lab.. but it doesnt go near the water like labs

the crazy thing is its already trained like how to sit... etc...

it also has a collar on and flea collar but no ID on the collar

this dog has to belong to somebody tho

Thats the reason why the individual got rid of the dog they wanted to get rid of the dog because maybe they kept on tearing up shit in the house so they brung the dog and just it there. Being that the dog sees that you have another dog there its being aggressive towards the dog you have to try and take over. Its like a crowding of space they get territorial becuase they figure this and that dog is trying to invade so its normal. You best bet is to give the dog away to someone who wants it or take it to the humane society. It reminds me of someone else who i went with to give their dog away and they where very emotional about it so sad because that dog was very special to them.

Just about everywhere in Johnson County besides the really rural areas there are. I think its very stupid to just ban one breed. A german shepard or Rottweiler could mess you up just as fast if not faster then a Pit Bull. One day I am going to track down somewhere around here where they are still legal and get three or four Pit Bulls and show all the critics that the owners make the difference not the breed.

the dog is awesome house trained and everything.. and loves to play..she is sad unless she is playing fetch


gotta find teh owner .. i dont want to post anymore pics because when teh owner calls i want him/her to identify the dogs collar..and other markings on the dog


yeah h22.. dogs are territorial and fight for who is the alpha male/female this dog i know belongs to someone cuz it picked up my dogs toys and immediately started playing..the only damage this dog did in my house..was destroyed a nerf ball so far and put my x-box controller in her waterbowl it was messed up for one night..but now im kickin ass in halo again..

im gonna go take her to the park where i found her tonight for exercise.. you should see the speed on this dog... it chases cats like lightning dog has serious energy... i wouldnt mind training it to catch frisbees and shit like on tv...

im gonna try to keep her as long as possible until the owner calls..since i got out the mil ive been livin with momz again...and have to live by her rules.she is not feeling the dog...LOL...

plus i want to return this dog to its rightfull owner...rather than just putting it in the park and trying to drive away...or taking her to the animal shelter..

i had a brown pit mix that turned up missing while i was at work one day. its really nice of you to take her in like that. i hope the rightful owner does get her back. i know it sux to loose one. if the owner doesnt get her then make sure she gets a good new owner. as an animal lover thats all i ask.
