e-mail notification problems

looking for some help onto why my instant e-mail notification isnt working? i checked to make sure i have the correct e-mail and if its set to instant and everything is right, but im still not recieveing any notifications. anybody else have this problem or know how i can correct it? any and all help would be much appreciated.

It would have to deal with server drag... ect. Since theres a heavy load on the server most likely, it will either be delayed depending on how many people use that feature. Does it work at all?

not sure what eprompter is, so i assume im not using it.

also i used to recieve notification here before, but i hadnt been here in a couple months and now it doesnt work.

oh, you mean for this site? Yeah they disabled that a while back, just use user cp
