    yay!

    So I just got a new job at Wacom Technologies doing some repair and cleaning work on the tablets. If you don't know what wacom is, it's the thing you draw on and it goes onto the PC, lots of graphic artists use them. This is a REALLY good job for me for a great fuckin company...the whole place is decked out in expensive tech shit, huge 20" flat screen monitors everwhere I look, so much expensive shit there. I'm glad I got a job there this is a great company and I hope to move up in it. It's gonna work perfect with my college schedule which is great too. it only starts at $9 an hour which is kinda shitty, but I can move up quick. I also got the balls up to ask my ex to coffee and she actually said yes, fuckin crazy...we'll see if she actually follows through tho, i'll keep ya updated cause i know you just love hearing about my bullshit.

    thats cool that you called up your ex but like i said in a different thread, i would never talk to mine even if we were the last man and woman on earth and some how humankind depended on us.

      Yea i thought about it one day when i woke up...and it just felt really, really weird that someone I once knew so well, i barely know at all now. and I told her that. But we'll see if she actually follows through i'm keepin positive thoughts on the situation =)

              i say you need to cut your losses with the ex and move on. if she takes you back, she will forever wear the pants, and you will basically be her bitch... always worried she'll leave you again.

                  yea i aint stressin the ex situation, i more asked her out to coffee just as a friends thing, i aint tryin to get back with her. i'm tryin to change shit in my life to positive tho and i gotta be on good terms with her for all of it to work.

                  Min wage was like 7.93, but i think on the new year it went up to 8.00 so i only make a whole extra dollar! fuck it tho money in my pocket. soon as i graduate college i'll be makin bank.

                    I think people concentrate on making to much when they start, you have to stablish your self in anyone company and show them you arent there to fuck around. Why should they hire you at 15.00 an hr when they dont even know your work habits?

                    I hope this ends up good for you, but i do remember some of your previous threads... Lets hope it doesnt end up like that.

                      no, it was 7.63. now its 7.93

                      washington has the highest min wage in the country.

                      either way, for a starting job like that with no education, that is pretty good. Work hard then they will start paying you more.

                      Like juan said, you can expect to be started at a high pay rate when they dont know anything about you or how you work.
