IT is a bad bad site...takes very long to get anything, and if you cancel your order, can go sometimes 4-5months and still not get your money back...best is to be forceful, and say your'e going to paypal, and then actually do go to paypal (or your CC compnay).

if it's been over 2 weeks and tracking number or responses...just send them an email saying you're going to report them and create a chargeback with your credit card if you are not refunded immediately or here a response.

That should get them going...if further no response...initiate a chargeback before the limit (sometimes 30 days, sometimes 60).

NO. file a chargeback with the CC company. you can file the chargeback, because you have waited sufficiently for product and product has not been recieved. The CC company will reverse the transaction and give you your money back. DO NOT cancel the CC, that will only leave you poorer.
