I already e-filed my federal, now i'm doin my state on paper.
I'm confused though, under income there is a federal column, and a state column, all i'm using is the info from my 1040 to fill this in. So when it asks "State and local income tax refunds from federal form 1040, line 10" Do I put whats under line 10 on the 1040 into both the federal AND state colums? because that number is my federal refund.

Also i'm filling out the form 40P which is a part-year resident form. So when it asks "wages, salaries and other pay for work. Staple all forms w-2 below"...Do i put the same number in both the federal and state column...or do I just put what I made in that state, in the state column...and put everything i made in the federal?
