Got a ticket!

So I'm at a light,windows down, through the corner of my eye on passenger side I see the black and whites. I look over and I get "the nod".In my head I'm thinking should I just pull over now or what,but I know it's comin.It doesn't hurt that I'm drivin a primered 90' 4 door slammed w/ a trunk lid w/ the flushy in the backseat.So here they go ,"woop woop" .I pull over, give em my I.D. dig through the glove box to find no Insurance card. So I ask em what did I get pulled over for? he answers because you have an exaust thats modified for sound. While they go back to run my info theres like 5 cars that exausts are 10 times louder than mine and I'm like WTF. So they come back and before they gimme my shit they ask me if theres any weapons or drugs in the car,ask if I have the receipt to the trunk lid,have I ever been to jail or arrested before and ask me if I'm on gang file. I had to say I'm no ganster but you guys have me down as a Flip Side,I was put on gang file in like 94' yadda yadda yadda.So he hands me 2 tickets both fix its, one for no proof of Ins. and the other for a modified exaust Does any one know how can they know if I fixed the exaust or not,dunno what to do?

when i went to court for altered exhaust i unbolted my fart can the a couple days before, hung the stock muffler from the hangars, took some date stamped pics, drove the car till the night before the court date, took a few more date stamped pics, rebolted my fart can.

Showed the pics to the judge who threw it all out. Car was in the parking lot with the fart can lol. I was younger and dumber then though, this was back in 01. Helped that my dad was there in uniform (Air Force ) Cops and judges are getting smart to the whole "import" thing lately though. Look at Cali and all the shit guys over there deal with.

gang files is for gang members. so if you are a crip or blood or latin kings or fms 13 or any other gang, then they put your name in the gang files along with what gang you are in that way if they have an incident, they can look up and say "oh you're in so and so gang, and he's in blah blah gang, maybe it wasn't just a small incident and this could be gang related".

and cops think that alot of street racers and people with modified cars (especially ones that aren't like show cars but look more like getaway cars) are gang members and shit cause why else would they need a car that can go very fast.

it's pretty much an excuse to tack on more charges or associate you with shit you may have no part in.
