    I know about Gap insurance.

This is my 1st line of credit,So I have to give a down Payment.

What should I watch for when dealing with the banks?

whats the highest intrest rate a bank can charge on this kind of loan ?

    Thanxs in Advance,

    Jose

P.S. Not selling the cb,I just need to get somthing with good gas milage,a warranty, and a way to start my credit. In no way do I want this bike to race hence the 248cc engine. enough for the freeway, but not enough to race other bikes.

Thats The S model SV650, mine is the nakid one.. not as aggresive stance..

Anyways if he feels that he needs something smaller to start on, let him dont encourage him to get something bigger.. In the end he will be a better rider.

Id advice against taking a loan out on amotorcycle.. I would save up acouple of grand and find an older used one first. Insurance will be hella cheaper.. Just a thought. But I guess those 250s are kind of hard to find some times because they are kind of high demand..

Anyways ask any questions you feel like..

Oh if you finance through Kaw, sometimes you get 99 dollar payments or whatever, and interest is usually above 10%, and if you miss a payment it skyrockets.. I dont know about a bank, but Im sure it prob wont be below 9% specially if you dont have any credit..

yeah the 250 is WEAKSAUSE,but im confident that I can control it,its very light, and for what im going to use it for,There was no need to go bigger.

Yeah I cant find a used ninja 250r in my area, and a used one is about 2500 on ebay.
I Rather have the peace of mind that im the only person who has on it.And its New.If anything goes wrong I can glady take to kawi and they will cover it under warranty

plus I failed my Written test twice this morning sucks...but Im gonna study while im at work.haha im dumb for going back 5 min later after I failed onece hah

Im gonna upgrade my bike when Im ready, the lil 250 does pack a mean punch 14.2 in the 1/4 mile, will burn a h22.

Go with the 250 if your starting. Get used to it and move on from there. Its also safer and cheaper to fix if you mess up.

Look into a Hyosung bike instead of the Ninja. If I were in the market for a bike, especially new, I would get one of them. They have a bunch of nice stuff on them, and the look nice.

I got a 250 like 2 years ago and I'm still riding it. Yea it might be weak in comparison to 600's and literbikes, but it does get 75MPG stock. I still get 55 with a jet kit and exhaust and will still pull on a majority of bricks and cagers. After all he said he's in it for the MPG and convinience, not to show off like most squids do with their first bike.

When I had time, I used to ride canyons with some of my friends from school and I could hang with them, especially in the tight stuff. They ride 750's and 1000's too.

I even brought it to the Keith Code Suberbike School at Streets of Willow Springs last month and I passed some 600's with ease because it's so nimble. My instructor was impressed with it. There was even another 250 in level 3 that day and he was hanging with the 600's too.

It's a good beginner bike for sure. I am looking towards getting a 600 within the next year but plan on keeping the 250 as a backup bike.
