Yeah much agreed @ 1:32, the volume gets too loud. Probably fix jus that and normalize the sound level then it should be cool. What program are you using? If you have time, in some areas instead of fading in and out all the time, maybe change it up a bit and add different effects for when the next scene comes in. Don't need a expensive hi-tech program. There are freebies on the web that can do PowerPoint like effects with movies. Some can slide, overlap, greyscale -->color fade in or vise versa, spiral, wave in etc.

Other than that it's good man, I would just work on normalizing the background music @ 1:32 and certain other areas.

other than adjusting the levels of the music.... I'll suggest you change the song... it just doesn't go with it... or at least the lyrics that song was meant for 9/11 not for a 6th grade promotion... IMO overall it looks good!
