il start this thread by saying if it turns into one of those FUCK THE PIGS threads ill delete it. that being said,


for those of u that dont know, when i had my accord, my friend informed me i was on the police "watch list". i believe him because his uncle is the chief of police lol. apparantly, they had me described as "Black honda accord, license plate CB7 TNR, caucasion male, blonde hair" or some shit. like they had the real deal description of me. i got followed, profiled, harased, which didnt actually bother me that much caus lets face it, i DO look like im up to no good. between the image import tuners have as street racers, gang bangers, whatever, lets face it, import tuners seem to be the less favored element of society. not to mention its the middle of summer, ive got hair to my shoulders, both my ears pierced, and i wear my beanie. so i look like a drug addict street racer. perfect.



well, i sold good ol CB7 TNR, pick up a nice luxury car, and guess what, the second i put rims on it, police are at my house. they drove by once, turned around in our culdesac, then came back down, blocked my driveway off, got out, looked thru my windows into my car, walked around it a few times, then got back in his car and ran my fucking plates. fucking bullshit! i havent even been driving again long enough to break any laws!!! i JUST got allowed to drive again after surgery, and the ONLY driving ive done was last night to my friends birthday party, and then i got up this morning and went to the car wash because she lived on a gravel road. i didnt break a single damn law, and yet here they are checking my shit out. better yet, they keep driving by. what the ever loving fuck?


and let me end this post by saying I DO NOT HATE COPS. my dad was a cop for most of my life, police work payed for my houses, food, schooling, clothes everything. i realize and acknowledge that police are a VERY nesesary element of society. with out law inforcement, our world would be complete chaos, because people can do whatever they want and guess what, nothing can be done about it.


i might also add that i realize there are crooked cops too. i know some police profile by age, gender, ethnicity, what ur driving, where u live. i get that. but this town profiles teenagers with modified cars. and lately its just been me. i know every tuner in this tiny little town, and not one of them has been bothered for a long time. yet here i am, i get in a total of maybe 2 hours drivetime and they already start back in on me.

and yes, i know it sounds like im freaking out about nothing, but this wont just end. soon, theyll pull me over and search my car. and no, i dont have anything to hide. its just annoying that they cant find something better to do than monitor me, and maybe a few other people that i just know of.


and it wouldnt even be so bad, but they act like assholes, all tough and shit to try to scare me, when i havent done anything. its like trying to scare your 3 year old child so theyll fear you, when all they do is breath eat and shit.

I'm curious as to what your dad's thoughts are being he is a former officer...

If your car is parked in your driveway and not blocking a sidewalk, then the officers are on private property, and in a sense are trespassing unless they have recieved a complaint about a vehicle matching yours involved in something. Is this happening at night or during daylight hours? The reason I ask is, if it is happening when it is dark out, call 911 and say there is someone poking around your driveway that shouldn't be there.

If you really think something "crooked" is going on, the best way to prove it is to get it on tape, audio and video. Fake security cameras placed on the corner of your house might also keep them away unless they have good reason to be there. There is nothing prohibiting you from setting up 24 hour video feed of your driveway.

DO NOT make accusations that you can not back up and prove. I am not saying that you are making anything up but, just make sure you know what you are getting yourself into before you start throwing accusations.

Another thing that would be MUCH cheaper then setting up a video feed of your driveway, would be to simply go to Radio Shack or a similar electronics store, and buy a Police Scanner. Program it for the local agency or the agency that seems to be following you. Listen to what they say when they inform their dispatcher where they are and why they are stationary. See what is said when they get out to come walk around your driveway.

In my city, each patrol car is equipped with a GPS like system. It monitors if the officer is in or out of their vehicle. Everytime the officer exits the car and does not let dispatch know where or why they are out of the car, the dispatcher checks on them over the radio.

If you do decide to purchase a scanner, do your research ahead of time, make sure you get something that is compatable with what the agencies you want to monitor are using..

And you have to understand that profiling is a very necessary tool of law enforcement. Its what everyone of us does on a daily basis to stay out of trouble, get the girl,etc. Its like a dog licking his ass. its simply human nature and its instinct.

If the car is registered in his dad's name or if his dad's name is on the registration as a secondary driver, most likely the officers already are aware. Being a current, or former Law Enforcement Officer is something the would be attached to his dad's name for the rest of his life, unless he was fired for poor conduct or something like that.. Later

my 2 cents.. if they are profiling you then in a way do it back to them.. i have been in your situation before and they would issue tickets and even try and throw me in jail for no reason. all this because of a nice looking truck with rims and all that glory. anyways.. just take notes or keep a journal of all activity that they do with you.. video is best but audio is nice too.. if they approach you to ask questions and you know they are coming just have a audio recorder handy. after three years of harassment from them i finally took all that info to the mayor and then I started to ask the questions and wanted answers now. go above their head.. don't fight them. there is always a person in higher authority.

umm you got rims on your car,they think your Selling drugs.
I also Dislike the police,there never there when you need them,and are there when you dont need police assistance,and consantly say there gonna put you in for good.

best tip I can give you,lose the rims and do not call attention to your self,dont tint your windows either, it makes them more suspecies of your car.

GL,If anything tint your windows with 2% limo tint,and have your dad drive your car and see what happens...
