Eating six small meals per day which includes aserving of protein and carbs(minus all the bad stuff) ALOT of resistant workout(weights) and INTENSE cardio about 3-4 per weeks to release the right hormones to boost metabo. I'm not gonna make the 50lb/2 month lost but its going real good, i'm down about 20 lbs and gain alot strength and muscle so far 6 weeks in The part that hurts is getting at 6 every morning to go to the gym.
