Good. that should be all 50 states. minors can not control if they are in the car or not with a smoker. People that smoke should not smoke around children. If you want to kill yourself fine, but the child don't need to be confined in a small area with your pollution.

That's been in the works for a while now. As a parent, it is in your best interest to give your kids the best that you can and not hinder their growth or health so I agree that it is a good idea in theory. On the other hand, this yet another LAW trying to tell people how to raise their kids. There comes a point that the parents need to be able to make their own decisions without big brother getting involved and little laws like this start crossing the line.
