I actually took the note out of the window this morning, having decided that leaving the note there would only taunt the thieves, and this time they'd break the window, rather than slim-jimming the window open and hitting the auto-lcok button.

The annoying thing, besides the fact that they're stealing my stuff, is that each time (it's been twice now), I've been parked under street-lights, in a good neighborhood. This time, there are even still fingerprints on the window where the thief pried the window away from the doorframe.
