insurance claims, need help

well most of u'll know that some idiot rear ended me so to make the story short

a cop stopped me for my yellow high beams
and gave me a ticket

he also gave me another ticket for my license
it was suspended

i was as shocked as him because i didnt knew
he told me it was because i didnt fully pay a ticket
so in jan 2 they suspended it

i got the ticket the 5
while taking the car home i got rear ended


they guy didnt have no insurance
i had no license
i have all his info

and were going tomorrow to a body shop to see how much its gonna cost him

from my looks and another guy which he owns a body shop
he said that the car's done

so i need help

dude, honestly, you have no police report so the insurance company wont do much, thats just an assumption.

If you don't keep track of your finances and dues you put yourself in the situation. Completely avoidable... I bet if the other driver had insurance or filed a claim under pr cb7s insurance since his license was suspended his car would be getting fixed under prcb7/his insurances dime regardless of who was a fault. Hes lucky that the other driver is not smart enough to see the situation he is in.

good news i got my license back today, and later on will be going to the Bodyshop, so he can see that the car's not fixable, only somebody that works at a bodyshop, would be able to fix it, and it would be if i sold the car

imma try and make him give me 2g's for it,
if he come trought i'll buy another CB and use mine for parts

ima make a police report he's negleting to pay me even though e said he was gonna
