    Suggested TVs

So, I'm lookin to get a TV in the near future but i have no clue on what to get. I've been lookin through Bestbuy customer reviews but I still haven't found anything that I'm satisfied with. I'm not too sure what I'm lookin to spend just yet. Maybe about $400. And I know my options are limited with that amount but I wanted to just ask if you guys had any idea or suggestions on a good TV. Nothing special, just want it to have good sound and picture. No games are being played on it. I figure movies are gonna be played on it pretty often. So anything that has a good picture and sound with movies and just in general. Thanks.

What are you looking for with it? HD?

If so, Id recommend saving up an extra couple hundred dollars, ad spending your money on a Vizio. Theyre good quality TV's for ALOT less than comparable name brands. You can get a 32" HDTV for like $550.

Where? I did alot of research into TVs earlier in the fall when I thought I was going to be able to shell out the money for one, and Vizio was always getting good reviews. Honestly, I dont think youre going to get a better TV for the price.

But, the top 10 brands all cost 800 dollars for the same size as the 500 dollar Vizio.

Im not saying its the same quality as the more expensive brands, but for the savings, its damn good quality.

from what i have read and seen, if you want hd, the sony bravia is very good right now, but don't quote me on that

might be purchasing one for myself in the near future so this should help me decide as well

                        got to get HD man.

Regular cable is going out next year. its better to get a HDTV so you don't have to buy a new one later or buy a stupid converter if they offer it

not true. ANALOG TV is going out next year. Regular digital cable will still be around.

He want a sub $400 TV. You guys are telling him expensive Sony, Samsung and Phillips.

While those are all exclent TV those are out of his budget.

Vizio and Olevia are fine bargain TV's in which you cant beat the price and quality.
