It means that the engine is guaranteed to start or you get your money back (or another engine, depending on the agreement).

You have to be sure to follow all the specifications to the letter... change all belts, proper fluid levels, etc... Or the warranty is void.

If the answer wasn't readily available, or even easily determined simply by comparing the "full swap" and "longblock" options on various seller websites, I'd have gladly given the answer. However, it's just saddening to see that people have the ability to post on a forum, but can't burn the extra 3 brain cells it takes to enter the exact same question into Google.
