ok i went to remove program and tried to delete an existing problem but it wont let me. Are there any other ways of geting this done?

add/remove does not work?
see if that company has an uninstaller utility... ie: shitmantec errr symantec had to make an uninstaller because the original uninstaller didnt work well.

Also make sure that it isn't running. Sometimes a program won't delete if it, or any part of it, is still running.

Or you can google a specific program and see if anyone gives exact file locations that you can go in and delete yourself, I do this with spyware sometimes.

There is a programs folder loaded with names like Microsoft, Apple, Sun, etc... and inside those folders you can find things and delete them. Or even sometimes outside. Like if I see folders with wierd names like microsft or something then I delete those assuming I don't know what they are.

An uninstaller is probably the easiest option though, often it will be in the start menu next to the program.
