Yeah, very nice video, looks cool. I love how Honda is out there developing all this cutting edge stuff that will help us and the environment out while still keeping all of the performance at hand. While the domestic companies are creating even worse polluting and efficient engines than before.

Has anyone seen one of the new International Pickup trucks? The ones that are a semi w/a ford truck bed on it. Just imagine, that piece of worthless crap uses 8 GALLONS of oil per oil change. Arent we supposed to be technologically advanced

Im far from a tree hugger, but you gotta draw a line somewhere.

The figures aren't that impressive but the fuel economy sure is. The HP/torque ratings work out to about 154hp and 138 ft-lbs.

know whats funny? i thought of direct injection awhile ago but scrapped the project because i knew i'd never be able to find a way to keep the injector from failure, damage, or total annihilation due to combustion chamber pressure and heat at TDC. I think it'll be really friggin hard for the aftermarket to follow those injector designs if honda engineers don't directly help with the process

p.s. that thing runs leaner with the throttle open than mine does closed ...damn...kinda makes me wanna give up lol

no the question is how much can those injectors flow b4 maxing out and can they improved to flow more fuel accurately. Getting more air in the engine is rarely a problem

                      2.0 liter DOHC I-VTEC I Engine
                      154 HP @ 6300 rpm
                      139 lb-ft torque @ 4600 rpm
                      35 mpg

                      Is my math correct?

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

Agreed with the first two. Not sure about mileage.

I'll post my work, you can check my math

The engine is supposed to get 15km/L
                          1 Liter=.264172051 gallon
                          1 km=.621371192 miles
                          15km for 1 liter
                          15km = 9.32056788 miles
                          9.32056788 miles for 1 Liter
                          9.32056788 miles for .264172051 gallons
                          1/.264172051 = 3.7854118035
                          9.32056788 x 3.7854119035 = 35.28218766827497158
Rounded down to 35.3 miles per gallon

                          Is this all correct?

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?

Looks fine to me. Though you could have saved yourself the step of inverting .2641... and just divided by it
