Quick question involving starter solenoid

So I'm replacing the starter solenoid on a 91 le sabre when I bought the solenoid for it it came with two bolt one about an inch and the other about an inch and a half with a copper piece threaded onto them. When I removed the original part I did not pull these peices off. I have reviewed quite a few videos on YouTube and on google but nothing I have read or watched mentioned these bolts. Just to be on the safe side I'd like to know if they are extra or of importance

that bolt most likely goes at the bottom of the solenoid where the battery connections are

the GM solenoids were a corporate part (buick/olds/pont/chev/cad/gmc) and that bolt you are asking about would be used to replace the original one
