The Fit comes the the US

If this is a repost sorry, but I did a quick search and didnt find anything.

anyways, It should be here in April. Im kinda excited, since I really do like them. maybe the civic will be a little higher class now, since you know . . . it doesnt have to be the bottom of the barrel anymore.

at 2450 pounds (ish) could this be our new CRX? or a new age equivalent at least.

How dare you say such a thing

That thing is hideous and is definately not a sports car. The CRX...that's a different story.

I have heard rumors that a K series drops right in this thing though.

HAHAHAHA the CRX . . . a sports car? well thats not how I think of it at least.

anyways, yea, K-swaps have already been done, and Honestly, thats what I meant by the "next CRX" light and very swappable.

That's your opinion, however it is a fact that the CRX (atleast the Si model) is infact a sports car.

Are you implying that a car that seats two people and has very good handling characteristics is better suited to getting groceries than going around an Auto-X track?

Seriously, for a grocery getter you'd want something like a big trunk, lots of torque to haul those heavy groceries, power steering, four doors and ample interior space. Sounds more like an Accord than a CRX to me.

Maybe that's just logic, who knows.

Definately looks like a practical / useful automobile. Is this going to replace the Element? Seems kind of silly to keep that thing in production with something like this. Don't think it has 4x4 but who goes four wheeling in an Element anyways?

I think you could fit the Fit ( ), inside of the element

No kidding? I've never seen one in person...only a computer screen. I'll go check them out as soon as they hit the dealership.

I like it, but I don't see it as a viable contender in the "sporty" dept.

Hey I saw a crx at the junkyard, the back had the SI tag, but under the hood was a sohc, what gives? It had the tinted, see through little rear window if that helps categorize it.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

. . . the Si had a SOHC . . . it was just FI instead of Carb.
