    Name this car! (Please!)

I'm watching Jackie Chan's Armour of God (released in the US as Operation Condor 2)

Jackie drives a really cool looking Mitsubishi, and I have no clue what it is. Does anyone know?

If it is the movie I am thinking of, I think it is an EVO. If not, then maybe it's a GTO, but that's a guess.

Nah, the red FTO (or 3000GT... I forget which) was in "City Hunter", and the EVO was in "Who Am I?" (I just watched City Hunter last week, and I learned about the EVO in my search tonight )

This thing was really boxy, convertible, two seater, silver... Had a huge front grille with an equally huge Mitsubishi logo on it. Nothing on the back to say what it was though.

Jackie Chan has an arrangement with Mitsu, and he uses their cars in all of his movies. They pay him lots of money, and he advertises well! (He also uses Yamaha motorcycles exclusively as well)

***edit*** Yeah, it was a 3000 GT in City Hunter... I don't know if he ever drove an FTO in any of his movies. That's not what was in AoG though.

GAH! I finally captured the image! I had to use some positively horrid software to do it though... Here's the car I'm talking about.

He actually drove it in the movie, so whatever it is, it moves. There were some Mitsubishi SUV type things in the movie too.

looks like some uncommon car had the top of the body cut off and a custom one done up. its like a given that ur not gonna be able to own one of those, unless you make one for yourself.

Ok, this is buggin the hell outta me! I registered on JackieChan.com and asked there. If they don't know, then it's off to the Mitsubishi boards!

All I can think of is a heavily modified Starion, possibly...
