Wonder if people in Japan ever wish they could get USDM shit like a Honda Ridgeline or a Honda Element... i doubt it. That Odyssey is sick though. I bought a little RC version of it when i was in Japan.

they have the element over there.

Trucks arent popular over there either. In Thailand, yes.

u got the Tomy Odyssey?? sweet

Our first gen Odyssey was the same as the JDM version, and the average consumer complained that it was too small etc etc.

My guess would be that since Americans are sold on Titanic land barges, and this one isn't all that much bigger than the first gen, that it would probably be equally as well accepted.

Just a hunch. Personally, I love these too, but with the way our market is, it most likely isn't going to happen.

Yeah, the 1st gen RA1/2 were sold in the US, and used as taxi cabs in NY

It was also sold as the Honda Shuttle and Isuzu Oasis.

There are lots of the RA1s running around here, as they are getting cheaper.

The 2nd gen RA6 wasnt that popular, since prices went over the RM200K mark (about 60K USD) for a new one.

Then Honda Malaysia brought in the RB1 non-Absolute and sold it for RM240K (77k USD) and people are snapping it up.

But u cant beat the Absolute.
