Well, obviously its in there cuz either the old one failed or the previous owner was an idiot.

Not sure who did that swap or why they did the a1, but like it matters. you're doing a GSR swap anyway...

Actually i was planning on boost...

Don't a1 and b1 have the same exhaust ports and all that? They can't be that much different..its only 2 horsepower difference. It just doesn't make sense to me why they would have done it.The carfax came back spotless.

So,the car was in olympia washington for almost all of its life.

At 172k the b1 failed emissions, hence where the a1 came in so it'd pass

Atleast now i know why its there.

EDIT:Wrong vin was ran...awaiting results of mine.
          lol that was mine ;D

            Beshh.

Do a1 and b1 have the same exhaust ports? So the headers are interchangeable? And possibly a turbo manifodl would be also.

So basically, they're the same motor.Just my redline is 200 rpm higher?

What about exhaust ports?I need to know which turbo manifold to buy.

b-series are all interchangeable on the exhaust ports i believe.

                  buy the "b-series turbo manifold"

Assuming you have the 9293 a1.

I was gonna post that up but Keith beat me to it.

                        diff. i can think of:

                        cams
                        ECU
exhaust/intake mani(has nothing to do with port location, maybe size, but only by a little bit)
                        ECT location

thats all i can remember right now

Integra isn't better than the CB at it's current form, but I'm sure Christian will fix that rather quickly.
