Ok so I know It's not an accord but It's the same concept. So he's got a 92 hatch with a z6 swap, blox intake manifold and fuel rail and a chipped p28. Problem he's having is that when it warms up to temp, he can smash the throttle and it runs like a champ but once he let's off and is coasting it starts kinda skipping around. He claims he's checked timing 4 times and there's no vacuum leaks. Anyone have any idea what else to check?

If you have the means go check it yourself to double check things. IMO timing wouldn't cause an issue once he lets out, i would inspect his fuel and ignition after double checking the timing and a up to temperature compression test.
