1997 Ford Explorer trouble code lights

I haven't been here in a long time but I haven't stopped thinking about this place. I miss my Honda. I had no choice but to buy this junk.

    I have a 1997 Ford Explorer XLT 4.0 RWD
The main thing I am trying to figure out that I have received mixed answers for. I am trying to figure out WHY my O/D Off light is flashing in the bottom right corner of my video that I have attached. Some say its low transmission fluid. Some say its the torque converter. While others say my clutches are worn.

Answer me this: why would it stop flashing when I top off my low ENGINE oil?!? Is there some way engine oil is getting into my transmission? Would that fluid transfer cause a vacuum leak? Or make a vacuum leak worse? And would that make fluid transfer from the engine to the transmission? Is there a sensor or computer that would cause this?

I have a video link attached.
