New Server Migration

Hello everyone, Pandemic here. I wanted to let everyone know that we're working on migrating to a new server which will allow for more update flexibility including SSL certifications. The old box is really old and it's been time to find a new one for a while.

Data was migrated to a the new box a few weeks ago. We're working on testing the page to ensure it actually works before we go live. If anyone has any web development or coding experience and wants to help, DM me.

Thanks!

Latest EV tech Tesla, Lucid, Fisker, etc EV Battery-Powered vs ICE

Could also be titled, curing ones ignorance and debunking disinfo.

I happened upon this video today and it made me laugh, particularly the quote, "Lithium ion batteries have been the undisputed champion of clean energy".

GOODBYE LITHIUM! NEW Sodium Ion 4.0 Battery Changes Everything in 2024!

LMAO. Uh huh, giant holes mined in Australia and other parts of the Earth, along with seven times the amount of water it takes to put out an EV automobile fire, is not a "champion of clean energy".

Here is the part where I break the system. The undisputed champ of clean energy has been hidden from humanity for decades if not for centuries. Insiders call it "zero point energy" or in other words, pulling energy from the vacuum. This is the energy that Nikola Tesla ran his personal automobile on.

It is no doubt a controversial topic, but I mean well and am hoping for intelligent discussion.

Other forms of energy that could contend with that persons claim of "champion of clean energy" are, magnets, but those are dangerous and probably not ready for public consumers considering how careless people can be, such as with DUI for example.

I just had to laugh at that claim though, and I totally understand people wanting to get away from the oil industry and branch out, but the people who believe that EV's are so much cleaner for the environment are not facing all the facts. Until we find a less invasive method to extract the mineral from Earth, it is no different than drilling for oil.

Keep in mind that the machines being used to extract lithium from Earth, the Caterpillar Earth moving machines, run on diesel fuel! Then the lithium is transported all over the world using various logistics from large container vessels that run on coal, to trains that also run on coal, to more diesel trucks to transport materials to build charging stations.

Unless you have your own charging station installed in your garage, running on rooftop solar panels, and you live in a southern state that sees sunshine 300+ days / year, then EV is no cleaner than "fossil" fuel. If you do in fact have your own solar powered charging station then kudos to you, but your lithium batteries are still mined from Earth using diesel power.

Maybe this new sodium battery will be cleaner and safer, I hope so.

If anyone has any thoughts, feel free to chime in.

Damn this is crazy! They say no injuries but I hope that's true and everyone is ok.
