I ran a 11.30@130. It's my dads car and it's built. Under the hood is a 351w stroked to a 408. It's pumping 560hp. The car is sort of streetable because it runs 93 octain(pump gas).I have a blue 1989 5.0 that used to be an old police car.It has upnear 190,000 miles on it. It's preaty much stock with only cold air intake. It has a systym and 10''subs and a 500 watt amp.I don't have a body kit or rims yet. Soon I want to rebuild the motor in my car.

As long as he said what he was driving, it's fine. 11.30 in a CB7 would be pretty amazing 
It's possible for our little FWD 4cyl cars to run times like that, or lower... But it would be twice as expensive and hardly streetable!
