    Setup:
    K&N filter
    BLOX 4" velocity stack
    AEM BB6 V2 SRI
    Maxbore 70mm>64mm H23vtec throttle body
    Skunk2 Pro series V2 H22 intake manifold
    OEM RDX 410cc injectors
AEM adjustable FPR set at 40psi
    balance shaft belt removed
PT3 (F22A) cylinder head milled .020" (bumps compression to 9.7:1)
    Bisimoto level 2 regrind
    Bisimoto Pro valve springs
    Bisimoto billet aluminum rocker spacers
    Bisimoto cam gear
    NGK blue wires
OEM Honda new Cap and Rotor button
    JDM F23A short block
    Bisimoto V2 4-1 header
    Ktellar 2.5" exhaust piping kit
    Vibrant super quiet resonator
    Xforce varex dual tip muffler
    valve adjustment
    fully wrapped exhaust
    M2S4
    Tein S-techs/Monroe struts
    Kuhmo Ecsta 4X 205/55/15
    Power:206whp/191wtq
    0-60: 5.3sec

Excuses: needs T2W4 and stiffer rear springs, notice the light throttle in first even with preloading the suspension and 3k rpm launch and the .4sec gap between gears.

not the most accurate way to tell but on a stopwatch its about 8.37-8.46 seconds from when my tires break loose.

    stock F22A6
    automatic transmission
    3" generic cold air intake
    K&N filter
    Homemade intake heat shield
DC sport ceramic coated 4-2-1 header widened at the flex on to 2.25"
heat wrap up to the flex pipe
    14" OBX resonator
    magnaflow high flow cat
    Apexi' WS2 muffler

    koni yellows
    tein S tech
    progress rear sway bar
    front upper sprint strut bar
rear upper megan strut bar (it keeps my sub box in place)
    yokohama yk580 tires

this was with a bad front torque mount. and I had my windows down.

6.7 is pretty good. Try this, pull up the parking brake and hold it with the button pushed in, rev to 3500rpm holding it steady. Release the clutch just enough to feel the car squat a little then to launch just release the pedal fully and the parking brake at the same time while rolling into the throttle. I promise when done properly it will drop that 0-60 time down .4-.5 of a sec.

5.3 seconds would be a fucking dream come true, to me. With that time, i would eat the only JDM Type R Civic EG (True Jap Import. The only true JDM Type R here in Denmark, yea it's a small country :P) which is tuned to around 220hp, its quite fast, but i doubt it will do 0 to 60 in 5 seconds.

I'm so gonna do a video with that maneuver.

Right now i do it about 9+ seconds because i suck at standstill launches :P

But i know i can do it alot better, stock is around 8 seconds flat, which i also achieved by idling in 1st. and flooring it.
I just hate doing wheelspins It hurts my car
But i'm gonna put a vid up today maybe.

                Mods:

                66mm TB
                H22A Plenum.
                Rest is stock for now.

Should produce around 155hp on the crank.

                EDIT:

                8.2 seconds.

Added a header to the above mentioned mods, needs my bisi cam, springs and an exhaust, then a dynotune. It's gonna kick ass
