Raced a 6th gen Accord

I raced a 98 Accord tonight and that was awesome in itself...I let him pass me then I smoked him at the top speed of like 110 mph ( course all you CB7 owners out there including myself know that the damn car is limited).
He tried to catch up but stayed one car length behind until my speedo limiter kicked in when it does man it slows down my car hardcore.

i dont know whats wrong with ur car but mine is in horrible shape and the govener doesnt kick in till 120 or so

Yeah i raced one of those too also at high speed and left it after 110 and i got my car up to 130.

what model cb7 do u have.
theres away to get pass 110, i think its by swapping the ecu with an Ex, not sure, im to lazy to do the research

but u might wanna look into it, then next time u can smoke him and keep pulling on him 1-2-3 cars...til 120-130 or until everything on the street becomes a blare

I have an LX but I have the EX motor in it bout a 5hp increase but I need the o2 sensor in order to shut the CEL off plus I need the downpipe from the EX for it to work turns out my LX piping is too short.

Yes the ex ecu will get u past that 110. Thats what i got in my car and i havnt toped it out yet and i was around 130.

I raced a '98-up Accord about a month ago. He passed me going like 55-60 when I was going 40, then I stomped on it and caught his door by 60 and raped him in 3rd. I stopped around 90 and was ahead by a couple cars. People always look so surprised when they get stomped by an old-school Accord.

at the track i beat a 6th gen V6 (by almost .7 of a second) and i beat a 6th gen i4 with a 75 shot by a little under .3 of a second

hmm, i have an lx but have had my car up to about 123mph before...just curious why some get up to higher speeds

Yup all u need now a h22 motor in there and you would have walked all over him now its up to you but anyhow good job representin to the fullest.

Thanks bro..if I had 2-5gs in my pocket I wouldn't hesitate to go for an H22 swap. God knows how long I'll have the car..I have some sort of attachment to it so its hard to let go of something you put so much hard work into for a month.
