beat a hemi

So i was driving yesterday with my exhaust leak, sounding like a ricer and pull up to a light next to a big Ram. I don't know trucks that well but it had a 2500 HEMI badge on it. It might've been a fake HEMI badge, I have no idea. I'm thinking it was an 01-02 or somewhere around there.

Well anyway, the passenger kept looking over so I figured he was laughing at the way my car sounded. (it's probably the best sounding exhaust leak i've ever heard though. but thats besides the point).

so anyway, the light turns green and he takes off. i take off normal, no launch or anything and floor it going about 3-5 mph. by the top of 1st, i'm even with him. i shift into second and leave him in the dust.

the guys were cool as hell, passenger gave the thumbs up and the driver did too at the next light. and to all those people that envy the big trucks, he was racing.

edit: as travis said, this was with an H22.

yea rob, a real bad ass. no but seriously, my car pulls alot more with the p28 i just put in. my old p13 was messed with and was really holding my car back. it really feels like a whole new car with the p28. i can't say it enough.

x2!!! haha they pull there weight. They can tow like a mofo. But the only complaint I have about dodge is that there frame is weak. I know that for a fact in the old models as for the newer ones I am not sure. But damn that engine is badass in there. ID RATHER BE CUMMIN THAN STROKIN w00t hahah thats the greatest decal ever.

Yes, they all have disadvantages, although my uncle has a 93 Cummins and a 97 Cummins.

Both have routinely pulled a 20,000lb horse trailer with no issues.

At one point the 97 was not making good power, so he got a Banks kit for it. Then he found out it was the fuel pump going bad, so he sold the Banks kit.

my step dad has an 05 hemi double cab, and i got smoked by it i had all stock f22 kept up all through 1st, then shifted to 2nd and he started pulling away

i had my moms car out its a 00 pntiac grand prix gtp and my friend had his dads hemi durango and we raced he took me off the line but by 30 i was walking past him
