CB7 vs eclipse

i havent raced my friend yet but he has a 93 eclipse gsx what mods will i need to have to beat him or alteast keep up with him? i know he has intake,exhaust,greddy turbo manifold,and a apexi boost controller i think hes making about 215-220 maybe

I beat a 4cyl eclipse with ease and the v6 was just creeping on me. However this was a just off the line race, like 5 seconds long. I don't know what mods either of them had besides an after-market exhaust.

We don't take kindly to bench racing around here though.

if he shifts right then he'll take u from the start, but overall he'll take u easy. i took a GT with no problem but GT's are kinda slow, i think.

yes sir. My mom has a gst, its by no means stock, and, OMG. You Have No Chance... Maby if you got boost, and a good tune, you can beat a gst/gsx. Driving the car, I barely touch it in 1st, put it in 2nd, then smash it, and the car daesn't move, so i hit third, and with a loud SCREECH i left behind a cloud of smoke and some rubber. Man is that a fun car..
