It happened earlier today
I was on my way back from campus when i spotted a red Singapore reg'd RS4 Avant. He was heading north.
Then he made a U-Turn (which i was also doing to head back home)
Out of the U-Turn, he gunned the 4.2 V8 and OHMYGAWD it sounded fantastic.
I gave chase in my weedy 2.2 I4 VTEC and only managed to smell his smoke LOL
Then a few km's upfront, we were caught in traffic and i passed him on the slower lane. Before this, the roads were clear, typical Sunday traffic.
He flashed me his Xenon's and we were off again, this time i was gunning the H22 till 7500 and nudging my limiter. He was hot on my ass
Over the flyover, with me hitting the limiter, the RS4 blew by and kept on.
I slowed down to a reasonable 90km/h (limit there is 80 lol, hope i dont get a ticket)
Down the road (cant remember how far, I'd say around 1 km) i caught up, slowed down and he rolled down his windows
RS4 dude: VTEC eh?
Me: Off course bro
RS4 dude: I see u hit ur limiter.
Me: That sucks
And we approach a gas station and he had to fill up. I just tailed him and waited for him.
Then he came and we shook hands.
RS4 dude: Thats one fast SM4 u got there
Me: I want ur car
RS4 dude: Hahahha! I used to have a CL7 Euro-R.
Me: (expletives)
RS4 dude: Well, it was great chasing you, see u again
Me: (dumbfounded)
OHMYGAWD HE WAS FAWKING COOL.
RS4 kills SM4. Damn. I didnt mind at all. And he was cool, the RS4 dude, he even gave way for me to merge into the fast lane. Then we slowed down to the limit since more cars were merging in and the 3 lanes became a 2 lane.
And off he went, back to Singapore.
