im trying to purchase some wheels on nwp, but the guy lives in winnipeg.

does paypal cover canada too if i were to send him money to pay for some wheels?

i want to buy the wheels, but im concerned about my protection. 1200 bucks is nothing to be fondled with.

cause if anything, if the guy dissapears i can always file a dispute on paypal.

i was lookin under the paypal disputes, it protects very well if the person was selling through ebay.

but im just a lil worried on an outside ebay transaction since this person was just selling wheels on a forum but not on ebay.
