    Is there any way we can accommodate those members that want to join us for only the cruise?

    Maybe they can park their cars and probably get a ride in a tracked car...with a monetary compensation of course.

    Are passengers in the tracked cars even allowed?

            we can only book when we have enough money for the downpayment which I believe is 50 %

                              90 bucks...45 deposit we are setting a date in august but wont know until we have enough people for the down payment.
