Well...I would think a Chicago guy would buy it all so its right there and doesn't go bad or have to be put in coolers or anything. If someone is willing to buy food and everyone that eats can pay them later, that would be easiest....but I doubt anyone is going to want to/be able to front the money for BBQ for 30+ people.
