I'm thinking CA laws changed? Or could be a typo. I have a old issue of S.S magazine stating CA is ok for a certain amount in front. I'll try to find it later.... I have my fronts tinted.... Jus roll with ur windows down in the city on the freeway if u see popo jus roll them down once again. But yeah it is illegal !!! I need a custom turbo manifold built....
