That way nobody really pays out of pocket.

I just sent out this message to our attendees, so spread the word guys. Only 10 donations. we can't have further AFMs on this amount of donations.
Hi guys I am bothering you cause your names are on the list of attendees and I haven't heard anything from you as far as donating towards the meet. The donations help to cover 30 awards, rental of the shelter so we can bbq and have an assign parking space, banner and we normally spend $450-$500 in food and drinks. I can't do this out of my pocket, wish I could but I can't. If you are bringing a crew please ask them to donate as well. Please reply back if you are still making it to AFM and when will you be donating. Donations could be anything btw.

Ok guys the overall awards should be done sometime next week. They are made out of real wood, they are being dyed in dark cherry wood, we are slapping the AFM11 logo in gold and then we will be adding the acrylic covers to them held by ace hardware engine dress up screws and washers lol. They are being made by a great friend of mine and I can't wait to have these bad boys done with!!!! So if you are an overall winner for any gen or the highest contributor you will be taking home one of these.
