Midnight....the Guinea Pig!

This is my pet Guinea Pig...hes mostly black with a little brown on her back legs..and at night..you can't really see her when hes in his cage!

just got him this past Monday...only a few days..and I really like her!

yes..its a him..I checked!

Oh yeah, and hes only a baby...he's pretty big for a baby too!
and eats ALL THE TIME!....EAT...POOP...EAT...POOP..EAT..EAT..EAT

AND..unlike my girl's hampster ...he doesn't stink.. ..and hes very easy to handle..very gentle..just an all around good pet!

UPDATE:

I edited the first post...took my guinea pig to the pet store...to pick out some toys and whatnot...

and found out...its a HE..NOT a SHE!....so I renamed him ( Bert )...we also have a yellow one...that we named BUTTERS..

I will post pics of butters when he wakes up!

lol my cousins had a guinea pig they stretcch like crazy. It is a easy pet as metioned but all they do do is poop and eat lol. His was fat though lol.

but yeah....he eats ALOT of carots ...timothy hay...and fingers!

but he doesn't mean it...he start nibbling..and then we he realizes..."WAIT, this aint food"...he stops nibbling on your finger. LMAO

Im not really sure why he passed away, he was fine one minute and then the next he just quit walking and started dragging his back legs. also, for some reason he couldnt "poop" anymore, it was watery sometimes and hard the next....and had dark blood in it.

It was a weekend and our vet wasnt open so i just made him as comfortable as possible. i read all types of webpages on sick guineas and did what it said (gave him yogurt, vitamins, orange rinds..etc..he liked the yogurt but that was about it....) but by monday he had passed.....

This was my Butters.......the day we got him......he peed on my twice that day...once on my hand at the store and then once on my leg in the car on the way home.......
