ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

I personally would save up a few more bucks and get something better. What do you have for suspension?

if that breaks your car goes to hell. Read through some posts in the suspension section. There is a lot to read about good quality camber kits etc.

Its not so much as it being Ebay than what brand you get (Ebay does actually sells brand name shit too). Ingalls or SPC u should be good. And its camber not cambert.

You can get the Ingalls camber adjustable ball joints for $140 and $150 on ebay depending on the amount of camber correction you will be needing. Lower you are the more you will need, but the $150 set. Both come with 2 new upper ball joints for your CB

Camber is an angle. Nobody sells you camber.

A cheap camber kit will break... trust me. Mine did. There was about 2mm of metal hanging on. Had that broken, I'd have hit a wall at 65mph in rush hour traffic.
If you can't modify your suspension properly, modify something else. If your suspension fails, you crash...or you hit someone.

As for the springs and shocks... Tokico Blues are only made for springs with a spring rate no higher than 15% over stock, and no lower than 1" lower than stock. If your springs are a no-name brand, chances are the spring rate is sky high, and you're sitting at least 2" lower. I would invest in some proper springs and shocks... as those Tokicos are probably done for already. Even if they're not, they won't respond properly to those springs, causing your car to be unpredictable in an emergency situation.

Yeah thats just a front kit, a good alignment shop will fab up a rear kit using washers and longer bolts and charge you 5x whats it worth but your still looking at maybe $15 for the rear "kit". So long as your toe is not impacted all you really need to buy for is the front but as everyone says....buy name brand, not no name ebay. I had a set years ago and the bolts would come loose and the kit would basically allow my upper a arm to slide from side to side...FAIL

The rear can be done with automotive-grade bolts and washers... about $5 and a little effort. I wouldn't pay a shop to install that! Somewhere in the DIY section we have a thread that shows you how to make a rig to measure your rear camber (not totally accurate, but close enough.)
