Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    I hate Rota

    Let me just vent real quick to people that will understand. I have wanted the Royal Gunmetal Rota Subzero rim for so long. But NOBODY has them in stock, and they're all telling me Rota doesn't seem to be shipping them to their warehouse over here. I ordered some Royal Black, but it's just not the same. And now I can't choose between those Royal Black, regular Gunmetal, or Royal Bronze.

      done that, called them, nothin'...i searched the nation myself and came up with nothing but the normal colors.

        No one has them in stock because no one really stocks them.... everywhere orders them from Rota when you order them.

        You can get a set made but it requires a minimum of 20 for special order.... so unless you have 4 other friends that want that exact rim...

          thats *** i wanted a set of rims for them but they didnt have any instock for accord 4x114 pattern

            Well you can't always trust the websites becuase they aren't updated with what is exactly in stock.

            And yeah they all buy from the national Rota warehouse, which has nothing coming in for 3 months.

              Rotas do have rims with the 4x114 bolt pattern. Just dunno if the manufacturers carry it. If its not high demand I dont think they keep it in stock...BTW teh fake JDM = Rotas.

                  The purpose of this thread was to vent anger about not being able to find a specific color, to people that actually know what I'm talking about. Obviously I don't hate Rota, seeing as I'm buying their rims. So it's nice to be able to relate to people that might share some of my frustration.

                      I see where you're coming from. I was just really mad at the time. I usually put a lot of thought into the things I buy, especially when they are costing a lot. But I never thought this would happen. Oh well, live and learn.

                        Haha. I thought this was going to be a thread about one cracking or falling off while driving at 100 miles an hour and causing $5,000 damage or how they are soo not jdm but ok. Hating them because you like them, thats cool too.

                            werd...any time that i hear rota, i vividly remember that pic that sticky_dil_joe had of his rotas that had literally stripped the spokes out of the rim..
