ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I would have to say no. if you were to hit a pot hole or a speed bump to fast youd propably mess em up. But if u like em go ahead, just watch out for them pot holes

I remember you made a thread like this a while back with a different set of wheels.

And to answer you question, definitely not.

i know i asked the quesiton about different ones in the past. I have been looking for some black rims with a silver lip but i dont have the money for some. He wants to trade. I also have about 20% tread and he has 70% left ....and i kinda want some 17" to fill my wheel wells.

So get them. Seems like you've already made up your mind. You want reassurance or something?

dont let people choose your rims for you man. if you like them and arent worried about bending them, then go for it. but if you live in an area with bad roads, dont do it.

i would personally say to stick with the ones you have now but them i would be contradicting my own post. anyway whatever you choose good luck man.

i had 215 45 17's on my car with koni yellows and sport springs and there was a problem with the back wheel rubbing, so I would say don't go bigger than 205 45 or 205 40. if you get 205 40's then you should have no problem but it won't fill the gap as much as 205 45's

trade, i like those rims. Who are they made by, Stern? anyways, do it.

youre gonna get 500 people on this site tell you to keep your 15's cuz it's "clean", and maybe 10 will tell you to trade. But in the end you gotta make number one happy so do THAT!
