Cheap plastic ones work better for HID upgrades. it doesnt skatter the like like glass lol.

you really wont find per say " NEW" 90-91 headlights...you can find some GREAT shape ones ...for like oh Id say $50 a side...just be happy and get some nice condition used ones...take the front lense off...and clean it...reseal it..and you will ge good!

You could also customize your current headlights which would be cheaper if im right. You can make it LOOK new yourself.
