Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

another red/clear taillight question

    another red/clear taillight question

    will the 92-93 red/clear taillights fit my 91 ex accord?
    its just i searched the 91 red/clear taillights on ebay
    and those ones are diffrent from the 92-93 one..
    the 91's have the clear on top and the 92-93 have the clear
    on the bottom..

    im new at this so if i did something wrong sorry in advance..

    92-93 INNER tailights are different from 90-91, The outers are the same

    Also 92-93 coupe tailights differ from a sedan

    just do a trunk swap like I did

      i have a sedan..do i still have to do a trunk swap in order to fit those 92-93 red/clear taillights?..

      btw i have the same taillights on as what u had on before

        so you have a 91 sedan and you want the 92-93 red/clear tail light????
        bad idea, it won't fit because 92-93 tail light are shorter...
        better off just do a trunk swap

            Yeah there is a difference between the 91 and the 92 taillights the only way to make them fit is if you doa trunk swap. good luck I'm planning to put the 91 red clear tails on my cb its gonna look sweet!

                yea i have altezza tali lights on right now..and it seems too much..
                i wanna go for a simple look..
                so you're planning on getting one too?..the 91's..
                yea i guess ill prolly get those ones as well..too much work for a trunk swap..lol

                    yeah, when i first put em on i was like oh shit my car looks sweeeeet and yeah it makes the car look a lil more better i personally like how mine turned out and yeah it wasnt a thumb down lol i was actually pointing at my sig but its all good, i got em off cali-racer here in the forum, he came over and he was like 40, i was aight but you eill usually find em at e-*** n shit for like 100 give or take

                      Thank you so much for that link to that thread given, gavem e everything I needed to know about them, which I've been wondering.

                      So a 1992 lx coupe I have I need to do a trunk swap... one thing I did not see is how much does that go for?
                      No longer have a cb7.

                        yea man looks good with your car..matches with the paint..
                        iuno if mine will look good..my paint is like blueish grey..
                        i actually copied and pasted it on paint to see how itll look..they look aight..

                          i just looked at that link u sent that is *** they don't make them for coupes but good thing i read that cuz i was gonna get some and i would have been screwed well guess i am doing the diy red taillight

                            The trunk swap is really simple actually, I only payed 30 bucks for trunk lid. all you have to do is swap out the lock which takes like 2 minutes, and feed the wires back into the trunk. Takes maybe like 30 minutes to an hour max
