They were clear.

I think the JDM two piece headlights were identical to the EDM ones, which came on sedans as well.

Except they are aimed internally for RHD. The JDM coupe headlights are clear without nipples on the glass. They also have clear corners with them too even though that really doesn't have anything to do with the question.
