ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

IMO, for parts + install(from the dealer) thats not too bad. Install isnt that hard, but id like to know what they charge you for parts alone. Most kits run anywhere from as low as $140 on up to $400.

Poor G-Man
I hate to say it but im on the same wagon theyre on. But, at the same time, somebody on here, i forget who, has a retrofit kit(plus HIDs???) for like $450. Was talking to King James about it awhile back. Thatd be an even better, cheaper, way to go.
Imagine the look on the mech's face when he goes to install HIDs and theres a retrofit in there

It;s the idiots using D2S that blind people.Originally posted by The G-ManStop putting HIDs in halogen headlamps! You blind the fuck out of people. It is bad enough I have JDM headlights with RHD flare, but you guys really annoy me.
Either get projectors or don't do it.
People need to use D2R.
I use D2R in mine and it does not glare of blind.

As has been said I doubt the dealer would do a retro...Which is the best way to go...I also didnt think the dealer sells plug and play kits

Tell me if Im wrong but I thought I read a thread saying the dr2 were not as good as d2s. D2r's are supposed to be used in halogen and d2s are for projectors because the d2r bulbs have have a shield on the already and dont reflect as many times as the d2s. I could be wrong but thats what I thought I readOriginally posted by Bruce BannerIt;s the idiots using D2S that blind people.
