is it illegal to not have them? becuase i was thinkin it would be pretty cool if you took the light sockets out of the lens and put it in the wheel well so that when you turn your turn signal on it lights up the wheel. any input?

just splice into the bumper light wire and run 2 more lights into ur wheels well so u have the 2 fronts still.
