To me something that is junk means it doesn't work properly...this is just an appearance thing...I like the JDM one piece lights, but I want something not a whole lot of people have. Then again, this is just a picture of the headlight itself...it may look like crap installed. Wish I could find a picture of em on a car.

i think he means the lighting quality is "junk" meaning it would leave streaks of bright, with areas of dark aka "hot spots" where the light hits the road. Even if they dont have quality lighting, and you like the style of them, they look like good candidates for a HID retrofit...

Ahh...I can deal with that. They're DOT approved, so as long as I won't be gettin any tickets and there's some light to see by, I can handle it.

everyone who has them says the light output is terrible. for a little more u can keep ur eyes open for a set of JDM 1 pieces

actually they don't leave hot spots they are nice for driving but they have to be adjusted properly i have the same thing in black i thought they were crap to until i was changing a bulb and messed around with the adjustment screws . but they look ten times better when you unseal them and take that chrome face out, it actually brightens them up and look hella clean ill post some pics of how it looks.

Eventually my car is gonna be painted either black, or maybe one of those faded jobs, black to a smoke grey or silver...

well if you want something not a whole lot of people have dont get ebay projectors...i would say the only reason you dont see alot of those around is they really do nothing just look ricer, where jdm lights look clean and of course the oem quality!

when i started modding my car, i was thinking about getting these. but then i heard about the light output issue, and i saw some pics of them on our cars, and i personnally didnt like them. IMO save up for some jdm one-pieces, they look much cleaner and if you want you can retro fit some projectors in them.

but, if you like these ones go for it! its your car

i had those on my old car wit piaa bulbs an i had no problem wit the light output.. but then again i had jdm 1 pieces too, so its all up to U an what U want!!!

I dunno...still wanna see some installed pics before I make a decision...and I didn't find those on ebay...it was on nextag not saying you can't find em on ebay, but...anyway I dunno, I like the 1 piece jdm, but aside from the corner light being clear and of course 1 piece...they're just...stock. Still got a lot of browsing to do, I'm sure there's a lot more different ones out there.

Apparently there aren't a lot of headlight options...other than the JDM 1 piece, I've found three options...

The ones shown in the first post...which I did find a pic with them installed...





and...



Think with a black or black to silver or smoke fade the black ones will look the best. Still want to see those installed though...preferably on a black car...if anyone can help with a pic.
