ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

But very very awesome. Speaking of gullwings, I need to tune my flux capacitor, I'm going back in time way before 88.

yeah lambo doors seem like waste. Save the money on something more inportant like your engine the heart of the car.

wow, did anyone see him ask if other people like them? he simply asked where to get them. i hate all the people in the beginner forum who try to change everyone's minds so everyone looks the same. if you're not going to help, DO NOT POST.

anyway, you can get them off of ebay, or here are a couple of links. note that i have had no experience with any of these companies, so buy at your own risk.

autoloc makes a gullwing kit, but it is DEFINATELY not a bolt-on affair. you have to fabricate brackets, hinge-mouting points, etc and it still wont look that great.

You can get a set of lambo doors for under $500 nowadays, maybe for even under 400 , just search around.Make sure you get the ones that has a hook shape hinge and not the VerticalDoors one.Get the " Gtfactory style"ones...

Don't listen to anyone's advice dawg...If you like them, get them...Don't ever base your decisions on what others think...DO as you feel cus thats what makes all of us different.

Another thing that a fellow CB7tuner said, "How many people do you see on this site with them? Very few. I myself had a set of lambo doors on my 4door accord. I no longer have that car...Now i am in the process of re-hooking up my 92 accord coupe and will purchase a lambo set for it in the future...but this time I am going to get the ones that goes up all the way to 90 degrees, because the ones that open up at an angle, is bitch to get in and out of.

Oh yeah, for the one year period that i had the lambo's on my 4 door, NOT once have i had someone told me it was ugly or ricey...and great comments have came from many variety of people....From kids to even elderlys...What does that tell you?

The only thing that matters is that when you open up those doors at the gas station, Even the HATERS will have to look TWICE

                  hey bro,

right when they firsat came out, i bought a set. supposedly direct bolt up...

Well after i got them and trimed my fenders to fit.. i spent about another 9-12 hrs cutting and chaving these things to fit like an oem door should.
I was happy with them for a while and then they just became a hassell and annoying so i replaced them back to normal..

Not telling you what to do.. just warning you that they aren't always as easy to install as they should be.

Im calling both of you out on post-whoring. Your posts have nothing to do with with the topic your your just trying to voice your opinion that no one cares about. Dont tell other people what to do to their cars and how to spend their money, if they dont ask for it.

I suggest you use that money and invest in other stuff. Swap, rims, paint job... ya know? The only times people will see it is when you step out your car. Its just not necessary.

Put the money to better use dude. Save for a swap or something.
